House Keeping

Once again it is the time for me to clean up my blog. Deleting 'dead' blogs and adding in 'fresh lively' ones.

I didn't much changes coz I like this white, clean, minimal layout. You don't like it? Your problem. It's my blog.

If I have mistakenly deleted your blog address, just post it in the chat box on the right or leave a comment here. I'll include you.

If you have changed your blog address, do inform me so I can update your address.

Oh, I've changed my header so it suits my layout. Nice? I think nice.

Stages in life

How often have we really sat down and think about the stages in life?

Note : If you are offended by the topic of dying/death I suggest you stop reading.

We have often celebrated the arrival of a newborn child. I mean, why not? The child is a new life, the child brings joy to us. Parents would be extremely proud of their newborn. I'm sure we all enjoyed being a child, being the center of attention and attraction. But it also means the beginning of our journey.

Then when we reach teenage/young adult years. It is the time when we start to bloom to our fullest potential. Some earlier, some later but ultimately we will reach the peak of our life. Where everything seems to go well. Or for some, it is the time to show their 'true colours', 'coming out of the closet' and such others.

"Remember your Creator in the days or your youth..." Ecclesiastes 12:1a

"...before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, 'I find no pleasure in them'" Ecclesiastes 12:1b

Then again, life is a journey, where we from a newborn would reach to the time people call the 'golden age'. We grow old, if we have long lives. At that time, things start to go wrong, the body weakens, we are no longer able to shine like how we used to. What happen then? We start to depend on others, hoping that they will treat us well. Reflecting on life usually happen at this age, I believe.

And finally, our journey ends. We die. From dust we came, to dust shall we return. But does our journey really end here? I don't know what you believe but I believe it doesn't. Where then would you and I go? Have you really thought about it? I believe that we would either go to heaven or hell. I personally would love to go to heaven. Hell is just, well, hell. And I would love to see all of you in heaven as well. Where would your destination be?

"and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it." Ecclesiastes 12:7

If my life would end today, I hope that I can hear these words from the lips of the Master "Thou good and faithful servant".

Bye Tyger

I brought Tyger out for a walk tonight and some how I walked her back to her rightful owner's house!

I walked then I heard a bark that is very similar to Tyger's. And she was excited to go that direction

Then, I saw a dog that looks so so so similar to Tyger! It kinda hit me, I knew that was her sibling and the dog at the gate is her mum.

Withing second she dashed to her mum and started licking her. The mom licked her back too.

That was when I let her go...

But I'm quite sure I will meet her again. Why? Coz she lives the next street only. Heheh

It's a happy ending :)

Petrol price is crazy!

RM2.70 per litre!

Sigh... Life is getting tough...

Back to the main topic

We've named her Tyger.

Dad still wants her away... Sigh...
Hopefully he'll change his mind...

Tyger is starting to lose all her shyness

And she is starting to be an explorer

And also a destroyer

My slipper and the rawhide I bought for her

She is also a good guard dog, she barked at strangers today

And she is very attentive

Something outside caught her attention

I love her!

Saturday, June 07, 2008

This morning a puppy wander outside my home. So my mum brought her in.

Here is her. We haven't name her anything yet, so at the moment her name is "Girl" or "Baby" or "Pup"

Seriously, she is a very shy dog. I literally had to go on all 4 just to capture her photos

As much as she is playful, she is also very sleepy

And she loves to hide under the car, a lot!

I guess she will be with me until the owner comes to claim her or dad decides to give her away.

I hope she stays...
